Initiate Your Request
Log into your Brick account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
